WM Montgomery & Sons recently completed a full refurbishment of a high-spec industrial unit and office block at 107 Bothwell Road, Hamilton. The project ran over a 7-month period and was led by our experienced site manager, Brian O’Donnell.

The works included extensive internal and external refurbishments to both the warehouse and office accommodation, with upgrades throughout to bring the unit to a modern, lettable standard. From structural improvements to joinery, finishes, and compliance works, every detail was handled with care and precision.

The fully refurbished property offers nearly 15,000 sq ft of flexible warehouse and office space, complete with ample yard and parking.
